Today I woke up at 1:30pm. I love my days off where nothing disturbs me and I have no errands to run.

Well my mum left for Vietnam on Fri morning because its been one year since my Grandma past away. ( Hopefully she bring back a shit load of rhinestones and diamantes for me)

She made Pho for us(me and bro) but it got cleaned up on Monday. Therefore I cooked (shockage)

Here we go,

I just used all purpose season, rock salt, and  seasoned pepper. The roast potato was already flavoured with sour cream and chives.

We've had this electronic BBQ Grill for years and never used it once. And it is the best creation ever invented for people like me who can not cook but can eat sleep and shit. Hehe.


Kambrook Electronic BBQ Grill

Steak ( "scotch fillet on the bone/ cattle'sman beef cutlets"), cook about 5 mins each side on highest heat for Medium Rare.
Chicken wings took F-O-R-E-V-E-R !!! Because you don't mess around with chicken man. Never eat that stuff raw. I cut off the end bits because that's the crappiest part with no meat.

I have this one asian customer who makes me pick the wings that don't have the red end. I got so fed up with it once and told "don't eat that part then!" Its fucken $2.00/kg. I'm not going thru all that for 5 minutes just for $2.

Okay offtracked, the roast potatoes took long as well but just follow the directions on the pakage.

It was DIVINE! My little brother was so impressed and shocked at how much food there was. Best tasting steak everrrr it shits over the bistro steaks and woolies.
